With nearly a decade of experience as a key grip, Flemming had camera movement and choreography in his blood when he transitioned to Steadicam in 1999. He worked his way up in the industry one job at a time, and in 2012, he had the privilege of working on Martti Helde’s Risttuules in Estonia—a project that pushed his skills to the limit and significantly accelerated his career beyond Denmark. In the years that followed, Flemming’s work took him across the globe, giving him the opportunity to visit countries like Malaysia, South Africa, Cuba, and the United States. Each journey adding to his professional experience and broadened his perspective. Today, that same journey has led him to establish a presence in the Middle East, with a growing market particularly in Egypt and the UAE.

Always on the lookout for the latest technical advances, Flemming was an early adopter of the AR-Omega stabilizing head—a system that opened up an entirely new range of possibilities for camera movement and rotation. He took this even further in 2022, when HD-Air launched the Cyclo1, which Flemming was quick to acquire and integrate into his equipment package.
At the heart of Flemming’s work lies a genuine love for filmmaking and storytelling, as well as a desire to support and inspire other filmmakers in visualizing their ideas. With over 30 years of experience, he brings passion, insight, and a seasoned creative perspective to every project.
